Fra starten ved Brattvaag, toppen av Hildrehesten rett imot.
From start at Brattvaag, the mountain we have to visit in front,

Det stiger bratt oppover i fjellsiden, med god utsikt mot Brattvåg og havet og øyene i nordvest.
The view aill be great, here back to the town Brattvaag, out to the osean and islands in nort-west

Utsikt mot vest, her et vann og Nordøyene i bakgrunnen.
The view against west, in front a lake, in the far the islands named Nordoyene

Toppen av Hildrehesten til venstre og Gamlemsveten til høyre.
The top of Hildrehesten to left and in the far the mountain Gamlemsveten.

Etter hvert kommer vi høyere opp og utsikten blir videre, her mot nordvest, Brattvaag rett under, Helland paa andre siden av fjorden og så Midøy, i det fjerne skimter vi Bud og Farstad.
As we walk higher the view growing, here the view to nort-west, Bratvaag underneat, at the other side of the fjord, Helland, then the island named Midoy, in the far the small town named Bud, and the area named Farstad.

I motsatt retning mot sørøst har vi storslått utsikt mot Sunnmørsalpene, i forgrunnen Gjerdsetvatnet og fjordarmene, Grytafjorden og Ellingsøyfjorden.
The view to souteast is great here the front of the famous Sunnmorsalps, in the foreground the lake named Gjersetvatnet, then the fjords named Grytafjord and Ellingsoyfjord.

Da nermer vi oss toppen av fjellet, utsikten er storslått, til venstre skimter vi Haramsøy så Flemsøy og til høyre Fjørtoft
In front the top of the mountain, in the far the islands from left Haramsoy, then Flemsoy and to rigth Fjortoft.

Her har vi Hildredalen nede til venstre og Nordøyane i bakgrunnen, Nordøyane er samlenavn for øyrekka i Haram komune.

Her er det en velfortjent pause på toppen, med turgruppen Fjellhug fra Sykkylven.
Utsikten mot sørvest er storslått og i det fjerne skimtes Stadt og Runde.

Utsikt mot Harøy med vinnmølleparken til venstre skimtes Ona med sitt karakteristiske fyr.
